Eegee's does bake their own bread, but it can often be too fluffy without much flavor, a step up from Subway. It's just gross, sorry. But I do disagree with my family on the fries assessment. In the world of loaded fries, Eegee's has come up with a real zinger that speaks to the Southwest.
